US Cuba Artist Exchange (USCAE) is a non-profit organization that enables genuine cultural exchange between Cubans and Americans through art, education and collaboration. Through joint creative initiatives and genuine exchange, USCAE aims to enrich and connect both the US and Cuban communities through the universal language of art. Musicians, visual artists and filmmakers from both countries come together to learn from each others processes and produce collaborative works for the public, building a lasting synergy between cultures.
USCAE’s visual arts participants have created and exhibited beautiful works that span both countries. Visual art program participants are encouraged to experience each other’s communities in an immersive way and to learn about culturally significant styles and processes, inspiring them to paint a broader picture for their audiences.
